Begins the long descent toward something livable. Highs are still fierce at 43°C (109°F) but the trend is downward. Lows ease slightly to 26°C (78°F). Still zero rainfall. Low crowd level, with some regional visitors beginning to return.
When Kuwait City starts to feel like itself again. Highs drop to 36°C (96°F), still warm. But no longer oppressive in the shade, and lows fall to 20°C (69°F). A trace of rain (around 3mm) may appear by the end of the month.
Arguably Kuwait City's finest month. Highs of 27°C (80°F), cool evenings at 14°C (57°F), around 18mm of rain spread across occasional showers, and the Corniche fully alive again.
Closes the year with conditions similar to February: highs around 21°C (70°F), nights at 9°C (48°F), and around 25mm of rain making it the second-wettest month. The city is at its most festive and social.
